We’re a grape farm so no dogs please. Remember- this is an English WINE event based on a vineyard, so drinks are centred around WINE! We are not permitted to sell any bottles. Drinks to be purchased onsite ONLY. This will only include a set menu selection of English wines by the glass and a small selection of soft drinks.

Wine tasting and alcohol sales are strictly 18+ and we reserve the right to request photographic identification in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy. We grow grapes so dogs and pets unfortunately not allowed other than assistance pets with prior approval.

We reserve the right to remove any visitors that abuse our staff in any way, are rude, excessively drunk or do not respect our land or others around them. We are here to celebrate good times, great family farmers and epic country tunes- let’s keep it light!

What to expect:

The shop is open as usual 12-4pm, this time, you have the opportunity to buy English wines by the glass (or tasting tower) and delicious food from a food truck (currently planned as pizza). Country music will be playing too!

Sit and enjoy the music, peruse the shop and delve into some yummy pizza!

Please contact us directly for any queries.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Plan Ahead: There is limited free parking onsite, a short walk from the shop. This will be signposted on the day, and is at your own risk. It is on a field so ensure your car can endure uneven and potentially softer surfaces- otherwise, take a taxi please!

Food Allergens: The food is being provided by a third party food vendor who will be responsible for their own allergen information. The food is optional to purchase on the day.

Taxis & transport: If you need to organise transportation to and from our Estate, please pre-book your taxis as there are limited waiting areas on our farm. Cars are not permitted to be left onsite outside of hours.

Accessibility: Whilst our shop and tasting rooms are all on one level, please note that our old Coach House building that we are situated in, does have steps between rooms, and the car park, courtyard area contains a slightly uneven surface. We are working hard to adapt our old Coach House for disability access but unfortunately do not currently offer disabled access or toilets. We very much hope this is finalised by 2027 as inclusivity is important to us.

Children & Dogs: Wine purchasing and tasting are strictly 18+ and we operate a Challenge 25 policy so please ensure you bring photographic ID. No alcohol will be sold or served to any person under the age of 18 or any person over the age of 18 who cannot provide ID when asked.

We love dogs but to keep them safe on our grape farm, no dogs or pets are allowed other than assistance pets with prior approval.

Health & Safety: Attendees must follow the guidance provided by the event host, including observing the restricted areas of the estate. Kindly note that the Leicester Grange estate is a private residence, and we need to respect our neighbour’s privacy, therefore please no wandering outside of the areas your host advises on. We operate CCTV in all areas of the estate including the shop and tasting room. All attendees are responsible for their own safety and safety of their own goods.

Photos & Marketing: By attending the event, you agree to us taking photos of you having fun so we can spread the word to all. Please let a member of staff know if you wish to be excluded from all photography.

Cancellations & Refunds: This is a free event, we are simply asking you opt for tickets to allow us to gauge numbers for health and safety (and planning!) purposes.

Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason by informing you in writing. If your event is cancelled we will contact you to let you know.
